Our Mental Health Support Services can deliver the best therapeutic interventions, ensuring client needs are met. We have proven capacity to deliver effective and innovative services, this includes the option to deliver group or 1-1 counselling or mediation as required, using our counsellors which are qualified to deliver various therapeutic approaches including:

Private Counselling Service

At our practice we can offer a safe environment where you can feel heard and accepted maybe for the first time in your life. You will be able to bring whatever issues you wish to work through such as grief and loss, relationship issues, anxiety, depression or working on self-confidence and self-esteem to name just a few. You will receive the support you need to create the awareness you may need to enable change, or gain a deeper understanding of what has been going on for you and how you have responded. Your counsellor will also be able to support you in developing strategies and tools to aid your wellbeing.

Occupational Counselling Services

Irrespective of the size of your organisation, Zenith Solutions core principles are to deliver a professional, timely and caring support when and where it is needed to support employees to either stay in the workplace or, provide the support for any employee who may need to embark on a return to work following a prolonged absence.

A breakdown between a group of staff can be caused by personality clashes, perceptions of unfairness in how work is distributed, management style including accusations of bullying, and lack of effective communication etc. our mediators can work with you to help you recognise what the causes of conflict are, to support you in rebuilding workplace relations and finding better ways of working together now and in the future.

We offer cost-effective services which allows us to provide professional and specialist support.

Session are 50 minutes in length, on a weekly basis. Some clients will benefit from 6 to 12 weeks, however we do also offer a longer term therapy option should this be necessary.
